Come join the IT Strategy Realization office and work to build Next Gen products to enable organizations execute at scale, enable change, and realize strategic goals of the organization. This team is responsible for driving best-in-class program management that enables ServiceNow business functions with cutting edge technology.
This role will demand you to think big, be bold and execute at pace to design, build next generation product features that can disrupt the way organizations plan and execute programs, release products. The role will work in a matrix structure reporting into the Strategy, Product, Operational excellence lead for IT
What you get to do in this role:
End to end ownership of the ServiceNow Strategy & Business management suite of products for:
Internal customers including user research
Ideate, design, build and delivery of product features
Build a shared vision with the engineering team by gaining consensus on strategic priorities leading to faster time to market for product features.
Clearly identify use cases by:
Performing user research & envisioning the capabilities, features, converting to epics
Have data driven approach to prioritizing and executing experiments
Conduct quarterly interlocks with business leadership to review product goals and roadmaps
Own a healthy product backlog and ensure releases are prioritized based on business value.
Achieve a balance of quick wins vs strategic needs
Define and track metrics to measure product performance.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Must have at least 10+ years of experience in managing product lifecycle preferably on project, product management software platforms
4ust have 4+ years of engineering experience
Understand the architecture, design elements
Be passionate about building products that enable enterprise architects, portfolio, program managers, business operations team to plan and execute better using cutting edge technology
Must also have functional knowledge of IT Strategy, Operations and Planning organizations
Experience building products that use Conversational design, Analytics & ML / AI technologies
Have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
Excellent communications to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products and new features
Accountable for successful adoption of product features
Technical aptitude to understand the complexity and work with development teams for planning and delivery of feature releases
