Job Description

ServiceNow is looking for a Digital Solution Sales Specialist to join our expanding Solution Sales team. The Digital Solution Sales Specialist will manage the market success of ServiceNow's Customer Workflow products.

The Digital Solutions Sales Specialist will be responsible for the market success of ServiceNow’s new Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) product. Those products are built on ServiceNow’s market-leading Service Management platform and applies service management discipline to improve an organizations service relationships (NPS) with its customers through a 360-degree improvement in customer service processes. Moreover, recently ServiceNow CSM solution was named a Leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant. 

The role of a Digital Solution Sales Specialist is dedicated for people who want to advance their sales career in a high growth company and are passionate about CX, Customer Service, Field Service.  You can expect a lot of support, coaching, enablement and on the job training. In return, you will be expected to drive and generate sales revenue, within existing accounts and also with new logos in the commercial space. This will be achieved by working closely with the wider ServiceNow sales eco-system, with the support of a dedicated Solution Consultant, to deliver territory planning, account planning, forecasting, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities to ensure success in generating revenue opportunities and effective management and closure of sales opportunities.

What you get to do in this role:

  • The Digital Solution Sales Specialist builds relationships with clients while achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas for an assigned product line and territory.
  • Drive sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts within Commercial Accounts
  • Focus on understanding an organization's plans and how ServiceNow solutions map to these
  • Manage and nurture accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and guide additional revenue streams
  • Organize resources necessary to further the sales cycle (e.g. Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Marketing etc.)
  • Use internal technology to manage leads, providing accurate forecasting, territory plans, and goals
  • Use Data Management through all sources such as CRM, social media, search engines, and press
  • Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 2+ years in sales with 1+ years success generating new business sales of enterprise-class solutions, over the telephone, or advanced degree and 2+ years sales success
  • Experience with the sales process with the ability to navigate and progress short but sales cycles
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about Customer Experience, Customer Service, Call Center, Chat Bott, Field Service market
  • Fluency in German and English
