Job Description
As a Solutions Consultant you are a core individual contributor and critical partner of sales managers supporting ServiceMax’s business and revenue goals by providing high quality presentations and product demonstrations to our customers and prospects. You will provide input on the qualification of prospects and play a significant role in the creation of business strategies to successfully position ServiceMax as the best solution for the customer.
This role will support Southern Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales managers as part of the sales team to establish specific account plans and strategies leveraging the Value Selling methodology.
- Analyze prospect’s requirements and propose the best possible solution.
- Create and deliver demonstrations and presentations.
- Provide on-going technical support to well-qualified prospects conducting evaluations. This may include training, trouble-shooting, and best-practice consulting.
- Respond to RFI/RFPs as necessary.
- Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field.
- Communicate competitive intelligence from the field.
- Assist in coaching/training new Solutions Consultants as part of their on-board process and on-going development of product knowledge.
- Assist other SC’s in preparation of demonstration and presentations.
- Assist in transferring knowledge of new product capabilities to the SC team.
- Drive the creation of ROI Models for customer engagements
- Knowledge of Integration Strategies
- An understanding of various ERP applications in the market place.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing and presenting clear and concise product briefings
- Experience working as a member of a virtual team
- Minimum of 5 years of software pre-sales experience
- Demonstrated success through consistent revenue contribution
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Keen decision making skills, with the ability to think creatively and on your feet
- Must be fluent in Italian and English
- Ideally have an understanding of French and/or Spanish
- Willingness to travel throughout Southern Europe: Italy, Spain, and France.
