We specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Commercial Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Kitchen Equipment, Electrical, and Pool Systems for the Property and Facilities Management Industry.

We are looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team, who also has good organization, communication and problem solving skills, and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is proactive and motivated. Must be able to diagnose, install equipment and make repairs.
Commercial Responsibilities:

• RTU Troubleshooting for 10-25 ton units
• Installation of commercial rooftop units with minimal supervision
• Startups and routine preventive maintenance
• Inspect, diagnose and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Low voltage controls and wiring
• Must be familiar with and practice all safety and conduct standards as required on the job
• Must maintain a clean job site

Commercial Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy weight and operate scissor lift
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, detail-oriented
• General math skills
• Ability to read mechanical plans and specifications
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to work in a timely manner
• Good driving record
