Job Description

  • Price new machine concepts and new assemblies for change orders
  • Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, specifications, and related documents
  • Compute costs by identifying and analyzing labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications and related documents
  • Develop and maintain an effective partnership and communication relationship with departments involved for completing customer URS' (includes Sales and Applications, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and Project Management).
  • Effectively collect and communicate findings to appropriate departments.
  • Input data into URS review spreadsheets and distribute to appropriate departments for review.
  • Accurate and timely processing and data entry of all communication related to a sale including order entry, confirmations, acknowledgements and URS documents.
  • Communicate with and route information in support of customer quotations and orders.
  • Serve as a back-up to support Company’s 5-Star Customer Service Program.
  • Additional administrative duties that includes filing and answering multiple phone lines.

Qualifications

  • Administrative support experience, preferably in Sales
  • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Dependable and able to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with others
  • Solid communication skills, written and oral
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Physical effort that may include the lifting of light weight supplies and materials (10-25 pounds)
