Serpa Packaging Solutions is seeking a Marketing professional to join the team! As the Director of Marketing, you’ll be tasked with leading the company's marketing strategies and plans. A day in the life of the Director of Marketing includes providing guidance to our marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, and communicating the marketing plans to all parties involved.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Evaluate and develop company marketing strategy and marketing plans.
• Spearhead efforts to increase SEO (search engine optimization) visibility.
• Research demand for our products and services.
• Competitor research.
• Partner with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential customers.
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
• Build brand awareness and positioning.
• Support sales and lead generation efforts.
• Oversee marketing department and marketing projects from start to finish.
• Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
• Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
• Prepare and present regular updates to CEO. ​

• Proven marketing campaign experience.
• Well-versed in using SEO and social media strategies to attract customers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
