Job Description
The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible in planning and executing commercial campaigns and marketing events and activities to show the power of our brand that will generate demand and/or advance existing opportunities to drive sustainable growth in the regions.

- Responsible for the annual planning and budgeting of events and marketing activities in the regions
- Event planning, management and execution
- Work with regional sales in event planning based on the company theme, messaging and regional objectives.
- Work with regional market access team in setting up and delivering partner campaigns and events
- Take on end-to-end ownership of marketing activities, including monitoring activity follow-up and return on investment metrics
- Assist in creating and managing regional event campaign content for production or publication on digital media.
- Ensure campaigns and objectives are aligned with Sensia branding and messaging
- Support regional launch of new products/solutions campaigns and market positioning of existing portfolio
- Support translation of campaign materials and content in local language
- Contribute to continuous improvements on processes, strategies and tools used in marketing to deliver better brand experience internally and externally
- This role is key to our business growth plan and the major interface between our Portfolio team and the Sensia Sales organization and channel partners.
Qualifications
- Track record of successful field marketing
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Track record of successfully marketing through a network of sales channels, both internal and external
- Professional b-to-b experience
- Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings
- Strong attention to detail and delivery focus
- Mature with ability to interact at multiple levels within the Sensia organization, parent companies and market access partners.
- Cultural awareness of the needs of working cross time-zones, regions and territories. Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions.
- Ability to identify and focus on deliverables that add most value to enabling our sales organization.
Additional Information
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strongly analytical and IT literacy.
- International marketing or sales enablement experience in technology products via channel partners
- International sales channel enablement or sales management experience of channels
- Experience of working with international sales channels selling a diverse range of differentiated technologies.
- Highly literate with ability to communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly.
- A broad experience of software, applications and hardware marketing would be advantageous
- Experience of Oil & Gas markets would be an advantage.
