  • Be the sunshine in our residents' lives! Spread joy, laughter, and companionship while assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming – it's like giving them superpowers of independence!
  • Become the ultimate cruise director by leading fun-filled activities and ensuring our residents dine like royalty during mealtimes.
  • Transform into a domestic wizard, performing light laundry and housekeeping magic in the memory care neighborhood.
  • Be the resident superhero by swiftly addressing concerns and maintaining a positive attitude that's more contagious than a yawn in a boring meeting!

 

Qualifications

  • Experience working with seniors with dementia including participation in activities is preferred.
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
  • You may need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state.
  • You have basic computer skills. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
  • You are compassionate, kind, engaging and helpful.
  • You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
