In this role you will be responsible for effectively managing high volume recruitment for an investor group at the community level including all front-line staff and leadership roles.

Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting/sourcing and interviewing process with a focus on front-line staff.
  • Set appropriate sourcing strategy for immediate and future candidate pools. 
  • Accountable for the overall candidate and hiring manager experience from first point of contact through onboarding. 
  • Manage applicant flow within ATS; source, screen resumes/candidates, coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical information, interview schedule, and other information as needed.  
  • Interview and facilitate/participate in selection decision process. 
  • Create and maintain tracking of requisitions, open position reports.
  • Develop relationships with local Universities for entry-level and intern candidates; initiate, organize and participate in sponsored job/career fairs and on-campus events as applicable. 

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and 1+ years of experience working in a corporate setting. 
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail and confidentiality are equally important. 
  • You have advanced knowledge of and experience with multiple recruitment tools to build strong candidate pools including Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and networking. 
  • You possess exceptional organizational and administrative skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and carry them out independently. 
  • You display top-notch customer service at all times to all parties involved and are committed to a customer centric work approach. 
  • You currently have a valid Driver’s license.
