As a Mechanical Designer at Selmers, you will design machines for both the onshore and the offshore industry, along with your team, and you will be responsible for executing this task within the time frame and budget as set by the project planning. It is possible that you will assists in testing or commissioning of machinery abroad. In this position you will engineer technical designs that are commercially viable, produce both lay-out drawings and detailed drawings and check designs for compliance with standards and specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in technology or in a mechanical engineering field and/or demonstrable comparable knowledge
• You have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar function in the field of construction of medium and heavy machinery, in addition to the requested training.
•  Experience in working with Autocad, Inventor and Vault
• You are flexible and have a positive attitude
• You have a good command of the English and Dutch languages in both speech and writing.
