Sellpoints is looking for a creative, self-starting, demand generation, marketing operations, and growth hacking aficionado. As Manager of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, this tribe-member will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Your success will be measured based on your ability to generate high-scoring marketing-qualified leads that drive sales pipeline. You will manage the design, creation and execution of campaigns that include webinars, events, emails, sponsorships, social media and lead nurturing. You’ll also manage the ongoing evolution of marketing and sales collateral across our product portfolio. Additionally, this newly created role will drive Sellpoint’s marketing automation platform, Pardot.
-Create a demand generation strategy leveraging a portfolio of new and existing programs including SEM/SEO, email marketing, lead nurturing, webinars, events, and other paid programs. You will be responsible for lead generation and pipeline targets. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to define new campaigns and manage the overall marketing and content calendar.
-Leverage Pardot and Salesforce to measure, track, and analyze marketing programs and performance.
-Monitor and optimize all lead scoring, lead enrichment, and nurture programs are monitored and optimized.
-Analyze campaigns and programs for effectiveness and make valid conclusions; conduct marketing programs reporting and analysis. Measure and improve ROI by campaign to drive investment decisions.
-Collaborate closely and facilitate communication across product, customer success and sales teams to achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing demand generation for a B2B eCommerce or digital marketing firm, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
Candidate must possess the following:
-3-5 years experience with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
-Strong accountability for generating qualified pipeline vs just lead volume.
-Strong analytical and quantitative skills as proven by an ability to bring meaningful data to life through storytelling.
-Excellent communication and writing skills ability to write tight, targeted copy and also demonstrable experience communicating strategies and results to sales and executive teams.
-Experience with Pardot (or equivalent) and Salesforce to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
-Experience in running a portfolio of quality lead generation programs. Experience should include: email and database marketing, content marketing and events.
