We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role plays a key part in developing compelling Arabic content for all our brands, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabian brands and audiences.
The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Arabic copywriter, well - versed in Saudi dialect, with a passion for performance marketing, digital content, and video creation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure impactful and consistent brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Arabic Copywriting
Develop high-quality Arabic copy for all marketing materials, including website, app, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and print.
Ensure tone, language, and messaging align with the brand voice, with a strong focus on Saudi audiences and dialect.
Video Content & Social Media Creation
Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts).
Edit marketing videos to align with campaign objectives, brand tone, and platform best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video ideas that drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
Performance Marketing Support
Assist in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
Demonstrate a strong interest in learning PPC, SEO, paid social, and conversion-driven content strategies.
Support English content creation when required, ensuring bilingual consistency across all channels.
Agency Coordination
Act as a liaison between the internal marketing team and external agencies.
Ensure clear communication, timely execution, and quality delivery of marketing projects.
Market Research
Stay updated on market trends, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior- particularly within Saudi Arabia to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
Reporting & Insights
Assist in collecting and analyzing marketing data to track campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
AI Integration
Use AI tools to generate insights, creative concepts, and copy ideas while maintaining brand tone and messaging consistency.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on Arabic copywriting (preferably in an agency-focused or fast-paced environment).
Additional Information
Skills & Knowledge
Native or fluent Arabic, with excellent written communication skills and a strong command of Saudi dialect.
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Proven ability to write copy aligned with marketing objectives such as awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
Experience or strong interest in video creation and social media video editing.
Passion for performance marketing, including PPC, SEO, and paid social advertising.
Ability to leverage AI tools for creative ideation and copy optimization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with agencies.
Proficient in Google Workspace for project tracking, documentation, and timeline management.
Nice to Have
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social media advertising platforms.
Portfolio showcasing Arabic copywriting for Saudi brands, including digital and video content.
