    Job Description

    Carnab is looking for a Relationship Manager who can help consumers in the UAE interested in used cars to purchase a car online or offline through a viewing. The Relationship Manager will understand the needs and wants of the consumers and offer the appropriate added services that would go with the car, ensuring the consumer purchases a car online with the best customer experience possible. The RM will have targets to achieve and will earn a commission based on the targets being achieved/exceeded.

    • Telesales experience (preferable)
    • Comprehensive knowledge of cars and ability to explain cars
    • Ability to upsell and learn quickly about our added services
    • Accompany customers on test drives (if necessary)
    • Ability to read customer’s needs and wants
    • Ability to communicate well in English and Arabic over the phone and in person
    • Presentable if need to meet customer at viewing to close a deal
    • UAE Driving license (required)
    • Candidate must be self-driven and confident with good communication skills
    • UAE showroom (1-2 years minimum) with proven track record of meeting sales targets (must)

    Qualifications

    • UAE Driving License
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience
    • Good knowledge of cars and passionate about cars
