• Excellent understanding of product life cycle, including software development methodologies, design and implementation.

• Manage the priorities of a team of diverse skill sets to deliver value to the business and our customers

• Mentor junior product managers within your squad

• Define the KPI’s that matter for our products and execute a roadmap that improves their performance

• Represent the customer and product to the rest of the business

• Ensure appropriate level of user testing is executed

• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

• Work in partnership with engineering teams to ensure a high level of quality is delivered to customers.

• Communicate progress and new features within the product team and to the rest of the company.

• Collaborates with our product analysts to understand our customer behaviour.

Ideal you:

• 5-9 years of experience as a product manager in a tech company

• You have previous experience in working on a consumer-facing product. 

• Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment, to manage and close the loop on multiple concurring tasks.

• Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies and processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Experience working with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, Optimizely, etc.) 

• Competence in analyzing, reporting, and efficiently responding to quantitative and qualitative data.

• You understand how the design systems work, UX principles, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and validation of the designs.  

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders, product designers, and engineers. 

This role is based in Dubai, at SellAnyCar.com’s corporate headquarters.
