We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative - Job Scheduler to join our team in Lagos.

Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Take ownership of the process that includes making sure that calibration services are scheduled, handling customer inquiries about our services, ordering parts, and providing timely communications to our technicians and customer.
  • Coordinate with the customer to schedule calibration actions.
  • Responsible for day-to-day scheduling of the Calibration Technicians.
  • Control the status of instruments in the customer’s database and manage the tracking of instrumentation.
  • Raise estimates and prepare invoices for customer projects. 
  • Support the customer for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants must possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities
