Job Description

Select Staff is looking for candidates for a Customer Service Manager position for our industrial client in San Antonio, TX.

Profit and loss of the facility and supervision of the inside sales team

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Prepare price quotes
  • Source products
  • Support outside sales team
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly financial & operational reporting reviews

Pay Rate: $60K - $80K

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P

Qualifications

  • Four + years of industry background
  • Five + years of management experience required
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-motivated team player
  • Effective and proven leader
