Job Description

Join a leading aviation team supporting Bombardier business jet programs in Dallas, TX.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector / Aircraft Quality Control Inspector to perform inspection, documentation review, return-to-service verification, and regulatory compliance checks on Global and Challenger aircraft.

This is a direct hire opportunity supporting a high-performance business aviation environment, ensuring aircraft meet all safety, airworthiness, and quality standards prior to return to service.

  • Perform aircraft quality inspections and return-to-service evaluations
  • Review and verify all maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Research aircraft maintenance programs including:
    • Inspection programs
    • Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
    • Service Bulletins
    • Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA)
  • Conduct aircraft configuration verification through maintenance records and physical inspections
  • Ensure all work packages, logs, and regulatory documents are complete and accurate (FAA, FAR, CAA, customer requirements)
  • Perform walk-around inspections prior to aircraft release from maintenance
  • Ensure aircraft meet full airworthiness requirements prior to return to service
  • Support quality inspectors and assist in aircraft release processes when required
  • Train, coach, and mentor maintenance personnel within area of qualification
  • Provide inspection data and reports to customers as required
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required
  • Minimum 3 year of experience as a Quality Inspector in aviation maintenance
  • Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience on corporate or commercial jets
  • Strong knowledge of airworthiness requirements, maintenance documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience performing aircraft inspections and return-to-service processes
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
