We’re Hiring a Project Economic Manager (PEM) / (Cost Pilot)

At Segula Technologies Morocco, we’re strengthening our Costing team and looking for a Project Economic Manager (PEM) to drive project financial performance from concept to serial life.

Your Role

• Lead TPC (Total Production Cost) construction, consolidation, and forecast
• Manage Risks & Opportunities and ensure convergence to economic targets
• Pilot project budgets (investment, ED&D, launching costs, make/buy)
• Provide cost targets to Engineering, Purchasing, and stakeholders
• Support decision-making through profitability studies and scenarios
• Ensure financial consistency from development phase to mass productio

What You Bring

• Master’s degree Engineering or equivalent (industrial, mechanical ..)
• 3+ years of experience in automotive, with proven expertise in costing and financial analysis
• Strong analytical mindset + solid communication in English and Frensh
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Understanding of industrial/project environments
