Job Description
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our team and support an important customer in the automotive sector. The Test Automation team is responsible for the entire engine test bench automation system.
He/she will be able to assume the following activities:
- Driving implementation and continuous improvement of automated tests
- Qualifying software implementation with automated tests or manual verification on simulators based on test designs and requirements
- Creating and maintaining test scripts and specifications as well as creating test setup and test configurations
- Contributing to the improvements in test processes and tools and ensuring quality of deliverables and report them to test and/or project managers
- Supporting analysis of issues reported, with close collaboration with other department and present test results to meetings
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent
- Experienced in software development, preferably in Python, Matlab, Simulink and Visual Basic
- Knowledge of the most used CAN communication protocols
- Knowledge of the principal laboratory instrumentations: oscilloscopes, digital/analog sensors
- Good English and Italian knowledge, both written and spoken
- Attitude in specific software utilization (Office, Puma, Concerto, Inca, Indicating systems)
- Team working and good communication skills
