Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, and implementing production processes to ensure the efficient and economical mass production of goods. You will act as a bridge between product design and the factory floor, ensuring that our manufacturing layout and sequences are optimized for peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Layout: Design the arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure the most efficient and productive factory layout.

  • Operational Sequencing: Define the sequence of production operations and specify procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment.

  • Continuous Improvement: Adapt machinery and processes in response to evolving factory conditions to maintain high output.

  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous tests throughout all production stages to control variables and solve technical production problems as they arise.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to Product Design Engineering to ensure new products utilize existing equipment and techniques effectively.

  • Compliance: Ensure all production processes and procedures remain in strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial) or equivalent practical work experience.

  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to handle difficult technical challenges and troubleshoot complex machinery issues.

  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently with general supervision while meeting project deadlines.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others through the clear explanation of facts, policies, and manufacturing best practices.
