Main Missions

• Design, optimize, and document internal and external material flow concepts
• Define packaging standards, line-feeding strategies, and supermarket/replenishment loops
• Support new product launches and capacity changes with logistics feasibility analyses
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and suppliers to ensure on-time and cost-efficient material availability
• Monitor logistics KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with OEM logistics standards and customer requirements
• Contribute to layout planning, storage strategy, and overall logistics footprint optimization

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of automotive logistics processes (inbound, internal flows, line-feeding, packaging, shipping)
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM)
• Ability to analyze data and translate production requirements into robust logistics concepts
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Project management capabilities (launches, layout changes, new flows)
