Job Description
- Assembly: Position, fit, and fasten wires, harnesses, parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools, hoists, and other equipment.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical diagrams, bills of materials (BOM), and written instructions.
- System Installation: Install mechanical components (pumps, valves, etc.), electrical systems (wiring, control panels), plumbing, and interior fixtures (flooring, walls, seats, windows).
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify and troubleshoot assembly problems or malfunctions, perform repairs, rework, and preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes, perform testing, and carry out quality checks; Follow task time and quality requirements outlined in operating instructions, processes, and MRP routing
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety procedures and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle and store goods and raw materials in the factory/warehouse
- Perform manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the MRP
- Report process drifts or quality issues to Team Leader
- Complete tally sheets in MRP tools when required
- Adhere to ESD rules for electronics production
- Ensure compliance with EHS rules
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices)
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling components and assemblies
- Manufacturing effectiveness and process efficiency
- Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and transparency
- Proficiency in English required

- Relocation allowance: $2000
- Salary up to $30,50 hourly
- Possibility for OT
- This position is 2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm)
