Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Coordination
Ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional departments (Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, etc.) and Design Teams.
Represent your department in front of client cross-functions and other Technical Center teams.
Lead and animate technical meetings and presentations, consolidating all inputs for management decisions.
Collect project targets, feedback, and constraints from the client or internal stakeholders, share them with engineering teams, and report conclusions.
Escalate technical or process-related issues to the relevant departments to ensure resolution and alignment.
Technical Documentation & Design Support
Oversee the creation, review, and validation of 2D/3D drawings in accordance with project specifications and timing.
Ensure all drawings and design data comply with internal and international standards.
Manage design data and maintain updated project documentation.
Guarantee consistency, traceability, and technical accuracy of all documentation
Project Leadership & Delivery
Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure correct interpretation of technical requirements.
Monitor drawing and documentation deliverables according to the project planning.
Support in achieving project QCDP targets (Quality, Cost, Delay, Performance).
Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
Qualifications
Profile Required
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
5+ years of experience in automotive product development or technical coordination.
Strong understanding of vehicle systems
Knowledge of CAD/PLM environments (Catia V5/V6, Capital X, or similar).
Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to synthesize and present technical topics clearly.
Fluent in Frensh & English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Collaborative mindset, capable of working in an international and cross-functional environment.
