Description du poste

As a Key Account Manager for Volkswagen, you will develop and strengthen our partnership with one of our most strategic customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand SEGULA Technologies’ presence within the account.

Main responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Volkswagen stakeholders.

  • Act as the main contact and strategic partner for the Account.

  • Coordinate internal teams (support, services, management) to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Lead and adapt the bidding process to win new business.

  • Meet or exceed turnover and volume objectives in line with company strategy.

  • Identify new opportunities, grow market share, and strengthen existing collaborations.

  • Promote SEGULA Technologies’ image through a customer-focused approach.

  • Manage global agreements (negotiation, documentation, implementation).

  • Report regularly on business performance and action plans.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or similar.

  • Experience at Volkswagen or a comparable automotive OEM in Germany or Europe.

  • Minimum 3–5 years in sales within an industrial or engineering environment.

  • Proven track record in key account management and business development.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • CRM proficiency.

  • Strong engagement, sales acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset.
