We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Interior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, refurbishing, and modifying aircraft interior components and furnishings. You will work in compliance with our client´s General Work Requirements, following safety regulations and industry standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Adhere to the General Work Requirements for factory, shop, and hangar positions.
• Follow all environmental health and safety policies and procedures, including participating in 5S activities.
• Fabricate, install, refurbish, and modify aircraft interior equipment and furnishings.
• Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
• Accurately document all work performed per applicable manuals and regulations.
• Assist with maintenance tasks, including off-site assignments when required.
• Clean aircraft interiors as needed.
• Collaborate with other maintenance disciplines to support overall aircraft maintenance.

• Experience in building aircraft seats
• Previous aircraft upholstery experience, including soft goods, removals, and installations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
• Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings (preferred).
• Basic PC skills (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to report individual and aircraft status (preferred).

• This is a contract-to-hire position.
• Per diem is available for candidates residing more than 150 miles from the job location
• US Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
