• Lead new design ideation & development ​
• Develop packaging studies and evaluate to specifications ​
• Ensure gDAP (Design Assurance Plan) & Packaging Checklist/ CS-Routing is completed prior to each release ​
• Ensure Clash & Clearance Computer Aided Design (CAD) Step verification is completed & issues managed ​
• Develop vehicle occupant packages for vehicles​
• Application of Vehicle Occupant Packaging (VOP) Computer Aided Design (Computer Aided Design (CAD) templates to all programs​
• Incorporation of competitive scan data into Teamcenter & dimensional data systems.​

• Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace) from an ABET accredited University
• Proficient knowledge of TeamCenter, NX and VisProfessional viewer 
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
