Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Adhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership.
- Research and compile maintenance program requirements, including Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Inspection Programs.
- Conduct aircraft inspections and gather data to establish accurate configurations.
- Organize maintenance requirements and deliver clear reports to customers.
- Assist Quality Inspectors and return aircraft to service as needed.
- Ensure all work orders, records, and regulatory paperwork are complete and accurate.
- Perform walk-around inspections and return-to-service checks.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Provide customer data as requested.
Qualifications
- A&P Certificate required.
- 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets).
- Minimum 1 year of experience on Bombardier aircraft.
- Previous experience as Quality Inspector
- Strong problem-solving and planning skills to meet commitments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions aligned with business objectives.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset to achieve results.
