Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Adhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership.
  • Research and compile maintenance program requirements, including Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Inspection Programs.
  • Conduct aircraft inspections and gather data to establish accurate configurations.
  • Organize maintenance requirements and deliver clear reports to customers.
  • Assist Quality Inspectors and return aircraft to service as needed.
  • Ensure all work orders, records, and regulatory paperwork are complete and accurate.
  • Perform walk-around inspections and return-to-service checks.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Provide customer data as requested.

Qualifications

  • A&P Certificate required.
  • 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience on Bombardier aircraft.
  • Previous experience as Quality Inspector
  • Strong problem-solving and planning skills to meet commitments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions aligned with business objectives.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset to achieve results.

  • Customer-focused to meet internal and external expectations and build partnerships.
