Job Description

Support the Project management of all Energy Autonomy Business Unit (EBU) members, Project Leaders, Strategic Project Managers, and Business Unit Managers. Activities are expected as back-office support for previously mentioned managers. The energy autonomy business unit is a new build-up department inside our customer company, globally leading and/or coordinating all technology realization projects, company strategies, selection of strategic partners, technology screening, and road mapping regarding energy autonomy and carbon neutrality of all global group locations. Expected Service activities in detail:

  1. Support the standardization of project management for new EBU (documentation and processes)
  2. Support strategic project management of business unit (BU) with overall project steering & controlling, together with strategic project manager develop process and documentation, select proper IT tool/database
  3. Support project status transparency for all EBU members and management, be updated on all project statuses and develop a good communication tool
  4. Administrative support in project activities, e.g. planning of meeting schedule, creating agenda, writing meeting minutes
  5. Support communication documentation of project status regarding management (PPT support)
  6. Create and communicate Lessons learnt database of EBU activities
  7. Act as support project leader for EBU project, lead of dedicated working packages
  8. Support Procurement Process and budget controlling

Qualifications

Technical & Personal Skills requested:

  • Project Management Experience, familiar with common project management processes and tools, optional: lead of dedicated work packages
  • Technical background, engineer, optional: experiences with regenerative energy technology
  • Advanced IT skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Database IT tool
  • Proactive mindset feels comfortable in a highly flexible and changing environment
  • Advanced English skills, uses language fluent spoken and written, Multi-language skills appreciated
  • Good Communication skills
  • Team Player
