Job Description

Are you ready for an exciting journey?

As Head of Business Unit Denmark, you will be responsible for developing the newly established Danish business unit. The growth ambitions for the Danish business unit are high and initially focus will be on developing the renewable energy business. You will need to work closely together with Segula France, Spain, Germany and Sweden and you will be an integrated part of the Swedish management team.

You will be the face of the company towards our clients in Denmark and your primary task will be to develop new business in Denmark, building client relationships and framework agreements for our technical consulting services. As the manager for a new business unit, you will have the full leadership responsibility, drive the early sales/business development and set up a local engineering consulting team to cater for local clients.

To succeed in this position, you are highly independent, ambitious and have a strong commercial mindset and business acumen. You are driven by developing new business relationships and new business opportunities. Adding to this you have leadership experience as well as a well-established network in the renewable energy industry. Since you will be the leader of an engineering service provider you are adapt to working among engineers in a technical environment as well as business managers responsible for technical departments. As a Business Unit Manager, you will develop and lead a fast-growing business unit and secure that we offer our key clients the best solutions and competences. So of course, you have a genuine interest in people and relations!

Qualifications

  • Have a proven track record of B2B sales, preferably from the Renewable Energy industry in DK
  • Have well-established network and relations within the renewable energy industry in DK
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have proof of growth from your previous roles
  • Develop, generate new ideas, systems and relationships for the success of the company
  • Proven leadership experience preferably from a technical/engineering function
  • Enjoy teamwork and team spirit
  • Possess the ability to inspire and encourage mutual respect and cooperation
  • Know that successful delivery is a result of everyone’s contribution
  • Strong communication skills in English (and preferably fluent in one Scandinavian language)
