Automotive Design Sales Manager - Technicon Design China

Segula Technologies is looking for a Automotive Design Sales Manager, in order to support the growth and the success of Technicon Design activities.

With previous experiences in the Automotive and Design sectors as a background, our future colleague will be based in Shanghai and will be in direct reporting to the China Country Director.

The main missions will be:

• Identifying and developing new opportunity as well as managing existing business in key accounts
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve design and revenue goals
• Implementing individual measures to maximize the volumes and mind share at distributors for new styling business development.
• Strengthening the sales development to build up excellent customer relationship, by optimizing the price and share.
• Having strong analysis on Automotive styling market and technology trend
• Aligning with internal teams for new products development.

• Being familiar with China Auto market
• Having at least 5 years sales experience in the market;
• Having extensive knowledge of auto styling or even component business,
• Having good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge in every aspect of doing business in China.
