You will be responsible for developing and executing our technology roadmap, ensuring that our platforms and solutions are innovative, secure, and scalable.
Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with Fresh Futures' goals in education and job placement.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s technology platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, secure, and scalable.
- Lead and mentor the IT and development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technological opportunities that enhance our service offerings and improve the customer experience.
- Drive the research and development of new tools, platforms, and technologies to keep Fresh Futures at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and cybersecurity regulations.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role, preferably in the education or employment sectors.
- Extensive experience in designing and building scalable software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that drive growth.
- A deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and machine learning.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
