We are currently looking to hire someone with experience working with machine learning models and has an obsession for increasing the accuracy of predictions, forecasts and in our case, the accuracy of our recommendation system on the website called Recombee. 

SEEKA Technologies (Not Seeka Limited) is a project under its parent organization called Fresh Futures Australia which is an education consultant based in both Australia and Malaysia. It will be a huge platform that utilises A.I. to help match students and job seekers to the right opportunities relevant to them from. We are developing a sophisticated matching system that utilizes machine learning or A.I. coded on a website/platform called Recombee. Our aim is to match our users to the best learning opportunities, job prospects and events available to them. With artificial intelligence and machine learning, we hope to offer our users seamless experiences on the platform that will both ensure and maintain the accuracy of recommendations and the users' satisfaction. 

Bellow are the important details you will need to take note of:

• Only English is spoken on the job
• Work from home or remote work is allowed
• This is a 3-day a week part-time role at the very least that does not include the weekends (The chosen 3 week days can be flexible)

• Thorough testing on the Recombee platform as well as brainstorming and finding ways to improve user experiences and satisfaction on our platform
• Establishing ways that the business is able to achieve lower maintenance costs by creating the best outcomes for it 
• Running A/B tests, performing statistical analysis as well as documenting the effectiveness of the A.I. in Recombee
• To actively check as well as look for problems with the Recombee system and to report those problems to your closest supervisor 
• Coding with programming languages such as Python, SQL and R code
• Extensive use of Excel/CSV. files or datasets to test the machine learning solutions

• Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, and any other related major
• Proven experience with automating systems in a way that they reduce maintenance costs
• At least 2 years of coding experience with R, Python, and SQL
• Knowledge in pseudo code and flow chart creating skills
• Great knowledge and expertise in using Microsoft Excel  
• Good knowledge on AI and Analytical tools such as Recombee and IBM Analytics
• Able to work under minimal supervision and guidance 
• Able to work under pressure or stress
• Able to think creatively
• Must be a fast learner when it comes to adopting technology or new platforms where machine learning models or A.I. can be developed
