We have an office located in Petaling Jaya and are seeking two Full Time Admin Assistants to join our team of dedicated women. We are seeking applicants who are looking for an opportunity to shine in our Petaling Jaya office. You must be passionate to learn and work closely with people who are intelligent and driven. A 3 month probationary period will apply.

Job Description

You will join the Fresh Futures Australia Management Team and provide administrative and coordination support to the Fresh Futures Career Advisors. This role is an office-based roll working Full Time 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. You will receive comprehensive training and a laptop to carry out your tasks.

Salary: RM 2,200

 

Daily Tasks

• Updating Excel spreadsheets

• Managing a CRM System (Zoho)

• Create emails

• Ad Hoc admin tasks

• Provide support to the Senior Management Team + Career Advisors
 

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English

• Great interpersonal skills

• Organised and dependable

• Proficient in Ms Word and Ms Excel

• Proficient on a MacBook

• Able to start work immediately and work for at least 12 months

• Prepare, process and review a variety of documents

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Communication, Business, International Business or related field.

• Preferably previous experience as a Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Qualifications

Have a Communication's Degree and previous admin experience. Preferrably 25 years old and a fresh gradiuate / graduate.
