Job Description

SUMMARY:   

Under the Direct Supervision of the Sales Operations Director, the Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will develop a "trusted adviser" relationship with your clients to promote retention, loyalty and growth of existing accounts. You will also work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas as needed. Additionally, you will develop a deep understanding of the company’s solutions, assist clients with onboarding and determine the best solution to meet their business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent Seek Thermal to customers in a professional manner
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts while delivering stellar customer service and communication with our clients.
  • Leverage relationships within existing client base to increase account sales
  • Be the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, including planning with operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product according to customer needs. 
  • Provide client support and training.
  • Manage pipeline and client activity with velocity.
  • Record all account activity and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Solicit customer feedback on new product or service features for both current and future needs.
  • Enters sales and confirms/reports on order status to customer in timely manner
  • Responsible for follow-up on quotes, samples and orders as needed
  • Responsible for abiding by export control regulations when processing sales orders
  • SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
  • Proficient and disciplined use of a CRM
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in QuickBooks or other ERP system required, including order entry experience
  • Proven persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
  • A positive professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow as a professional.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with consumer electronics in a role supporting sales or operations highly desired
  • Export control experience a plus

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Account Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
