At Seeds of Hope, we work to create a structured environment for individuals with special needs, enhancing their quality of life and providing opportunities to reach their full potential. 

Duties include providing daily care for individuals with developmental disabilities. 

Staff will provide care assistance with tasks such as bathing/dressing, all toiletries, cooking, feeding, cleaning, incontinence care, anything to contribute to the overall wellbeing, and day to day needs of our individuals. 

Complete documentation on shift

Assist on outings, as needed

Previous experience as either a CNA or a PSA is preferred but not required. 

Must be able to commit and work base shift EVERY OTHER WEEKEND, MANDATORY 

Basic Job Requirements Applicants must submit to a criminal background check before an offer is extended (Employer Paid).

Other basic job requirements are as follows:

• Must pass a Criminal Background Check (Employer Paid) 
• High School Diploma or GED  
• Tuberculosis Screening Test Results (Self Paid)
• Physical (Self Paid)
• CPR/First Aid (Self Paid) 
• 1 year experience with developmentally disabled
• Recent 7-year Motor Vehicle Report copy if hired
• Complete company onboarding training
