📅 Hours: 12 hour shifts - 42 hours per week average - Days & Nights

Grade: 3.1 Site Based

As a Security Officer, you will help protect employees, property, and assets while delivering excellent customer service. The Security Officer will uphold the values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, supporting a business that provides innovative solutions across transportation, industrial, consumer, and infrastructure sectors. A valid SIA licence is required for every Security Officer.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Working day and night shifts.
• Conducting regular security and safety patrols.
• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Supporting emergency procedures, including evacuations and searches.
• Monitoring and reporting incidents while preventing disruption.
• Maintaining accurate records and handovers.
• Ensuring compliance with site procedures and regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Working effectively as part of a team.
• Being physically fit to complete regular foot patrols.
• Having reliable transport to travel to site.
