To provide professional Relief Security Officer services across a variety of sites within a defined geographical area as required. As a Relief Security Officer, you will be responsible for protecting the customer's employees, property, and other assets in line with all relevant Assignment Instructions and site-specific requirements. The Relief Security Officer will deliver the highest standards of customer service while promoting Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. (NB: This prospective Security Officer must have obtained a full SIA licence before being able to start work on operational shifts.)

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Protect property, premises, and assets.
• Conduct site patrols, access control, and alarm monitoring.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional standards.
• Support loss prevention and security operations.
• Carry out searches and investigations when required.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues, customers, and management.
• Complete all required paperwork and handovers accurately.

• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable employment history.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
