We’re Hiring: Site Supervisor
📍 Location: Plymouth
💰 Pay: £14.00 per hour
🕐 Hours: 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am), including days, nights, and weekends
📅 Shift Pattern: 8 on, 4 off

The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading security personnel, managing daily operations, and serving as the main point of contact for service delivery, performance monitoring, and reporting. The Site Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining high service standards, supporting operational excellence, and fostering strong client relationships.
Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
Key Duties
- Welcome and assist staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular security and safety patrols.
- Ensure compliance with site procedures and regulations.
- Support emergency responses, including evacuations.
- Monitor, report, and respond to incidents.
- Maintain accurate records and handovers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support security personnel.
- Oversee daily site operations and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Manage incident reporting and investigations.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Deliver excellent client and customer service.
- Monitor security systems and technology.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:

- Valid SIA Licence.
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
