Job Description

This internship is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in a global HR environment.

As a Global People & Culture Coordinator (Intern), you will support strategic people initiatives that help leaders and employees grow, perform and succeed. You will gain exposure to key areas such as leadership development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, learning, employee engagement and organizational capability building.

While Talent & Leadership will be a key focus area, you will also contribute to a variety of initiatives across the broader Group People & Culture function. From supporting global development programs and talent processes to coordinating communications, project updates and employee engagement activities, you will gain valuable exposure to different HR disciplines and strategic people topics.

This unique opportunity will help you build a broad understanding of how global People & Culture initiatives are developed, communicated and delivered across an international organization. Working closely with experienced People & Culture professionals, you will contribute to impactful projects while developing valuable project management, stakeholder management and communication skills in a truly international environment.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Support the delivery of global People & Culture initiatives that strengthen talent, leadership, learning, performance and employee engagement across Securitas.
  • Coordinate activities, communications and stakeholder interactions related to global People & Culture projects and programs.
  • Create and maintain presentations, reports, communications and other materials that support decision-making, engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage content and updates across People & Culture communication channels, including SharePoint and global Town Halls.
  • Gather, structure and analyze people-related data and insights to support projects, initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across functions, markets and geographies to support People & Culture priorities.
  • Provide project coordination and operational support across the wider Group People & Culture team, contributing to a variety of strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and help support continuous improvement across the Group People & Culture function.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Behavioral Science or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel and digital tools.
  • Interested in people, leadership, organizational development and employee experience.
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and building relationships across teams and cultures.
  • Motivated by contributing to meaningful projects that create value for employees and the business.
