Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Deliver a range of mobile security services including locks, unlocks, internal and external patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections and escort services
- Maintain a professional, polite and helpful attitude towards their clients, staff and Securitas colleagues at all times
- Complete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring the security of the company vehicle and equipment
- Follow proper escalation processes for incidents, break-ins, health and safety issues and road traffic accidents
- Escalate incidents, risks, breakdowns and RTAs to the Team Leader, reporting RTA in line with company policy
- Follow site assignment instructions and conduct dynamic risk assessments upon arrival at client sites
- Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A valid SIA licence
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Flexibility to work days and weekends
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
- Be punctual and reliable
- Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
