As a Service Delivery Manager at Securitas, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading high‑performing security teams and strengthening a key partnership with a prestigious organisation. Acting as the central point of contact for all security operations across the estate, you’ll ensure standards, processes and people consistently operate at the highest level.

In the Service Delivery Manager position, you’ll take full ownership of on‑site Securitas personnel, guiding teams to deliver exceptional service and resolving operational challenges with confidence. As the trusted link between Securitas and the client’s security leadership, you’ll drive excellence through effective compliance oversight, strong risk management, achievement of SLAs and KPIs, coordinated emergency response and robust health & safety governance.

You’ll also be responsible for developing your people — leading on vetting, performance reviews, training, welfare and professional standards — while embodying our core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.

This Service Delivery Manager role offers more than operational leadership; it’s an opportunity to shape culture, build client confidence and lead teams that protect people, assets and critical operations.
