We are looking for a Junior Buyer to reinforce our procurement team.

The role is highly operational and requires a structured, precise and hands-on profile who enjoys bringing order into complex purchasing and contracting files.

You will work closely with Operations, Finance and external suppliers, ensuring that subcontracting contracts are properly managed, compliant and up to date.

Beyond the administrative rigor, this role also has a strong relationship management and communication component, as you will be the main point of contact for suppliers.

This position is ideal for a junior profile (0–3 years of experience) or a recent graduate with the right mindset, attitude and willingness to learn.

Procurement & Contract Management

           •          Structure, review and follow up on purchasing and subcontracting files

           •          Ensure subcontractor contracts are complete, compliant and properly documented

           •          Support operational teams with contracting and procurement-related topics

           •          Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement documentation and records

Supplier & Relationship Management

           •          Act as the primary procurement contact for suppliers

           •          Build and maintain professional relationships with external suppliers

           •          Ensure clear, professional and efficient communication internally and externally

           •          Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Business teams)

Negotiation & Operational Purchasing

           •          Support and conduct negotiations for smaller contracts and clients

           •          Assist in supplier selection and comparison

           •          Follow up on pricing, contractual terms and delivery conditions

• Experience & background

             •          0–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, operations or a related role

             •          Open to junior profiles or recent graduates – attitude matters more than years of experience

             •          Experience or exposure to IT environments and subcontractors is a strong asset

             •          Sector background is flexible

  Skills & competencies

             •          Highly structured, precise and detail-oriented

             •          Comfortable working with contracts, documentation and structured processes

             •          Strong communication skills, able to interact with business departments and suppliers

             •          Able to work autonomously in a non-micromanaged environment

             •          Proactive, self-starter, resourceful and hands-on

  Languages: Trilingual is a strong asset (At least 2 of the following languages required: French, Dutch, English)
