Position Details:

• 🕒 Shift Patterns: 4 on 4 off days, night and weekend including bank holidays
• 🛡️ Grade: Site Based 
• 💰 Salary: £31,426.58 per year
• ⏰ Weekly Hours: 42 hours per week
• 📍 Location: Croydon
• 📜 Qualifications: SIA licence required
• 🚗 Transportation: Must have a valid driving license or reliable access to transport

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times
• Conduct regular site patrols to ensure safety, security, and compliance
• Monitor and operate CCTV systems and other security equipment as required
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following site procedures
• Accurately record and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities
• Control site access for staff, visitors, contractors, and deliveries
• Perform ID checks and ensure compliance with site entry protocols
• Maintain detailed logs and security reports throughout each shift
• Provide clear and effective communication with site staff, management, and emergency service
• Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors and site personnel
• Ensure all security duties are carried out in line with company policies and procedures
• Remain alert, vigilant, and proactive throughout each shift
• Follow health & safety and fire safety procedures at all times

• SIA licence 
• Must be able to commute and live a reasonable distance from site
• Right to work in the UK
• Computer Skills 
• 5 year checkable work history
• Previous Data Center experience desirable
• Good organisational skills.
