As of today, we are looking for a Training Manager (m/f/d) with a Certified protection and security specialist Certificate (Geprüfte Schutz und Sicherheitskraft) or higher to work for one of our international clients in Ludwigsfelde & Mittenwalde.

*Monday – Friday 8 hours per day

As a Training Manager you will be responsible for developing, administering, and facilitating training and instructional leadership of all Vendor Personnel. The Training Manager will deliver training in a variety of forums, including in-person as well as web-based training. The role also requires review of training documentation, preparation, maintenance, and presentation of training reports, metrics to members of the Sr. Management team and the client, as well as assists with new employee onboarding. You will also engage on wider security projects across the program & will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

• Will develop computerized, on the job training, in a dedicated portal and with an optimized ability to review training records electronically as well as create proactive training plans based upon the client’s ongoing information analyses
• Ensure that laws and regulations that might affect the Services are reviewed and changes are implemented as necessary
• Prepare compliance reports and identify areas for improvement associated with contractspecific policies, practices, and procedures
• Coordinate, develop, deliver and manage Vendor Personnel training and development programs; conduct needs assessments; identify training needs; develop and/or customize training courses, content and materials; oversee and deliver training; evaluate effectiveness; and make adjustments as necessary to improve training and outcomes
• Develop and implement a method of measuring the effectiveness of the training programs
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions, presenting information clearly and concisely to various audiences
• Providing our client’s Security Managers annual re-certification training, schedules and provide monthly updates of training completion progress

What you bring with you:

• Ideally, your professional experience is accompanied by appropriate qualifications Certified protection and security specialist Certificate (GSSK - Geprüfte Schutz und Sicherheitskraft or higher education
• Train the Trainer (Training certificate) / Ausbildereignungsverordnung (AEVO)
• You have extensive professional experience in the security industry
• Teaching, Training, Team Lead or Mentoring background would be an advantage
• Impeccable police clearance certificate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English (B2 – C1) (written and spoken)
• Driving licence code B

• Excellent organizational skills and extremely high attention to detail
• Effective time management in order to deliver projects on-time and that meet expectations
• Ability to receive direct or indirect instruction in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form; act upon such instruction, and partner with stakeholders for clarification when needed
• Competent writer; exhibits knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented workplace where judgment and professionalism were necessities
• Capably work under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach with both internal and external customers
• Ability to create and revise documentation with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize new techniques and technologies as required
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
• Ability to plan and lead training sessions and confidently chair other such business meetings

• Required ability to adjust schedule and working hours regularly when necessary to meet operational needs
• Ability to maintain composure when dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.

• Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information
• Computer usage which may include prolonged periods of data entry
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing multiple floors of stairs, walking up inclines and on uneven terrain
• Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
