• Role Overview:

  As a Network Specialist you will play a crucial role within the Securitas Global Connected Solutions team, which forms the backbone of our security solutions. With approximately 2000 network nodes connecting Securitas with clients across the globe, your expertise will drive the continuous development, maintenance, and enhancement of our network infrastructure.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with existing Network Specialists to evaluate, maintain and enhance the network infrastructure and architecture of the Securitas Global Connected Solutions platform.
• Ensure scalability, availability and cybersecurity of the platform through continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to counterparts in various countries.
• Lead network setup as the Securitas Global Connected Solutions expands to new countries.
• Stay updated on groundbreaking IT trends and technologies, assessing their applicability to our solutions.
• Collaborate with Securitas stakeholders and partners to influence and implement architectural best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken and written English skills.
• CCNA or CCNP certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in routing, switching, VPNs and firewalls.
• Knowledge of network automation is advantageous.
• Experience in a service provider environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT delivery organizations and global organizations is beneficial.
