RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with the Head of Recruiting & Marketing 
- Screening potential candidates and updating database 
- Scheduling and conducting first interviews 
- Maintaining relationships with candidates and offers 
- Preparing and creating new-hire orientations 
- Supporting department with any other duties

SCHEDULE 
Will be discussed more based on intern's schedule; this internship is for Spring 2018.

- Wants to be part of a fun team (with maybe the occasional game of ping pong or karaoke) 
- Must be organized and detail-orientated 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills 
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
- Reliable transportation to our corporate office in Plano (Ubering does not count) 
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
