Job Description

We're setting up a Demand Generation Operations Support function in Chennai to serve as the execution engine behind our pods. As Program Manager, Demand Generation, you own the operational workflow that turns campaign plays into deployed, monitored outbound. Think of it as a supply chain: a pod and marketing leader calls the plays, the onshore demand center assembles the campaign, and you operationalize it — building the sequences, loading the target lists, dropping the cadences to the right reps on schedule, and tracking execution end to end.

Above all, this is an AI-first role. You are an AI-native demand expert who uses advanced AI tools to stitch together multiple threads — intent signals, account data, content, and sequencing — into one clean, efficient engine, and who is relentless about maximizing speed and efficiency. You're the reason precision outbound happens consistently: a disciplined, repeatable, fully visible workflow rather than a set of good intentions. This is a build-and-run role for someone who loves turning strategy into scalable operational rhythm.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

  • Operationalize the demand workflow. Take campaign plans and target lists from pod leaders and the onshore demand center and build them into ready-to-run Sales Loft sequences for rep execution.
  • Run the engine AI-first. Use advanced AI tools to stitch together multiple threads — intent signals, account and content data, and sequencing — automating and streamlining the workflow to maximize efficiency and speed at every step.
  • Own list loading and task setup in Sales Loft and Salesforce. Build and load target account/contact lists and deploy tasks so AEs, SDRs, and renewal reps have their plays queued and ready — no chasing, no guesswork.
  • Deploy cadences across pods on schedule. Coordinate the “drop” so each pod's reps receive their sequences on the planned launch date, tied to the quarterly campaign calendar.
  • Monitor execution and drive compliance. Track whether reps are starting and completing their sequences (all steps), surface reps who are behind, and produce the reporting that keeps outbound disciplined.
  • Build activity and coverage reporting. Turn Sales Loft activity data into clear reporting on engagement, dials and conversations, account coverage, and white-space opportunity.
  • Free up the onshore team. Absorb high-volume operational build work so onshore marketers can focus on campaign strategy, content, and pod planning.
  • Maintain the operational backbone. Keep the workflow, documentation, and process standards clean so the engine stays scalable and repeatable as we add pods and segments.
  • Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.

How your success will be measured:

  • Sequences built and deployed on schedule against the campaign calendar.
  • Efficiency and speed gains delivered through AI-enabled workflow automation.
  • Rep adoption and compliance — sequence starts and completions across pods.
  • Onshore team capacity freed up as measured by operational work absorbed.
  • Data quality and coverage visibility, including account white-space insight.
  • Contribution to predictable, scalable outbound pipeline.

More information about this role:

  • This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Chennai office 5 days a week, working in the 3PM IST schedule unless otherwise notified.
  • This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Director of Account Based Marketing.
  • The targeted compensation package for this role is between INR 8,00,000 and INR 11,00,000, subject upon internal equity and years of experience.  We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is strongly recommended.

Experience:

  • AI-first demand expert (must-have). You are AI-native and have personally deployed multiple workflows using advanced AI tools — stitching together multiple threads and systems to maximize efficiency — with proven, measurable results doing exactly this in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
  • Proven project management. A track record of running complex, multi-workstream programs end to end and on schedule, coordinating across distributed teams and time zones.
  • 3–5 years in demand generation operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or campaign/sequence execution — ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Hands-on sequence-building experience. Direct experience building and deploying cadences in Sales Loft (or a comparable tool such as Outreach), plus working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Program discipline. You can run tooling “like a program” — build it, deploy it, track adoption, and hold the line on execution and compliance.
  • Service-oriented and structured. You bring structured processes and a genuine service mindset to your internal stakeholders — pod leaders and reps — and make their execution easier.
  • Comfort with list building, segmentation, and data hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Strong reporting and analytics instincts — able to translate activity data into clear compliance and coverage reporting for leaders.
  • Clear communicator across time zones. Excellent written English and proactive, reliable communication with an onshore team and pod leaders.
  • Highly organized and able to run multiple pods' workflows in parallel against fixed drop schedules.

Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications:

  • Exposure to intent-data platforms (Intentsify) and ABM programs.
  • Familiarity with a pod / segment-based go-to-market model.
