Job Description

Sectigo is building out a Center of Excellence (CoE) within Revenue Operations to scale operational execution. As an Enterprise Operations Specialist you are expected to support the team and be dedicated to take mechanical, repetitive operational work.

This role is well suited for someone who is responsive, detail oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of varied requests.

This role is for someone who thrives on structured renewal operations, is comfortable with high volume opportunity management, and wants to be at the center of a critical revenue motion.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: 

  • Respond to Salesforce helpdesk tickets from the global sales organization within defined SLAs
  • Handle prescriptive systems and process queries: routing, answering, or escalating based on complexity
  • Maintain SFDC hygiene for the Renewals, EMEA Enterprise, and SMB domains: ownerships, territories, opportunity integrity
  • Build ad hoc reports and pull data on request from Anna and the broader sales leadership team
  • Maintain steady state documentation for team's domain: keeping process docs current as workflows evolve
  • Partner closely with the team within its operating rhythm: attend forecast prep meetings as needed, prepare data packages, and respond to ad hoc operational requests
  • Contribute to the broader CoE through cross training and process improvement

More information about this role:

  • This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Chennai office 5 days a week.
  • This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Manager, Deal Desk and Sales Strategy.
  • The targeted compensation package for this role is between INR 7,00,000 and INR 8,00,000.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar operational role
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce: reporting, data hygiene, opportunity management, basic admin
  • Strong customer service orientation: comfort responding to a high volume of varied requests from internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and consistency in execution
  • Comfort working across time zones with global teams (EMEA and US)
  • Self starter mindset: own work end to end without constant direction

Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting EMEA or global sales motions
  • Familiarity with Clari, CPQ, HubSpot, or similar GTM tools
  • Background in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Comfort with reporting tools (Sigma, Power BI, Excel)

Success Measures:

  • Helpdesk ticket resolution time within defined SLAs
  • SFDC data quality in the Renewals, EMEA Enterprise, and SMB domains
  • Ad hoc reporting turnaround time and accuracy
  • Documentation currency: process docs reflect actual workflows
  • Positive feedback from Anna and the sales organization on responsiveness and quality
