Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

This Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the roadmap for our Certificate Lifecycle Management integrations. This individual work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Product Design, Engineering, and Operations and partner with strategic technology partners. This individual should love to solve hard problems and creating truly innovated products by leveraging their experience and expertise as a season SaaS product professional.

This is a full-time and remote position based in the U.S. The target compensation package for this role is between $120K and $140K, subject upon internal equity and years of experience.  We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: 

  • Achieve revenue and Return On Investment (ROI) defined in financial plans for a product area.  
  • Manage the product roadmap and ensure it aligns with the overall company strategy.   
  • Stay current with industry and market trends and the competitive landscape.  
  • Serve as the product subject matter expert, supporting various departments but not limited to Product Marketing, Sales, and Support.  
  • Analyze the market and engage with customers to identify opportunities to evolve the product offering and innovate in support of business growth and retention goals.  
  • Define product pricing and positioning to maximize sales and revenue opportunities. 
  • Gather requirements by partnering with key business stakeholders including sales team and effectively communicate product requirements to the engineering teams. 
  • Conduct routine customer interviews to capture meaningful feedback and make feature recommendations.  
  • Manage backlog feature prioritizations along with hands-on participation.  
  • Define solution value propositions and collaborate with product marketing to develop white papers, brochures, social media, web pages, online events and more.  
  • Travel as needed to visit customers and attend trade shows.
  • Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is strongly recommended.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of industry experience with B2B SaaS solutions is required.
  • A strong understanding of Agile development principles with hands-on experience is required.
  • Current and/or prior working experience in the Certificate Lifecycle Management and/or certificate authority industry is strongly recommended.  
  • Experience managing technology alliance
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS solution integrations is strongly recommended.
