工作內容
與招募團隊合作,為每個職位設計職位描述、面試問題和評估
- 通過各種渠道(例如社交平台和專業網絡等)尋找和吸引潛在的人才
- 與招聘團隊一起管理招聘流程,包括進行工作評估、了解招聘需求和團隊動態
- 與招聘經理合作評估候選人的能力和適合度
- 提供一致和標準化的招聘流程,並確定合適的渠道為公司聘用最優秀的人才
- 不斷發展網絡/合作夥伴關係,積極建立候選人數據庫/管道和 ATS 公司品牌
- 審查和分析關鍵招聘指標並提供改進建議
- 代表公司參加招聘活動(即大學招聘會),提供公司/工作信息並面試申請人
- 制定雇主品牌計劃,例如求職頁面、公司網站、社交媒體內容和活動
Job Description
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to design job descriptions, interview questions, and assessments for each position
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Managers, including conduct job evaluation, understand hiring needs and team dynamic, partner with hiring managers to assess candidates’ capability and fitness, and bring them on-board
- Deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes and identify the right channel to hire the best talents for the company
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand
- Review and analyze key recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants
- Develop Employer Branding initiatives, such as careers page, company website, social media content, and events
Qualifications

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources management, Business Administration or a relevant field
- With 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Experienced in sourcing and employer branding via LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Proactive and open-minded
- Attention to detail

Additional Information
福利:
- 年薪NTD60至150萬,按能力及經驗調整 (專員至經理級別)
- 具吸引的佣金機制
- 彈性上下班,一般10:00 至 19:00
- 週休二日,依國定假日休假
- 特休每年14天

- Annual salary of NTD600k - 1.2m, depending on experience and capabilities (Specialist to Manager grades)
